We collect as little as we can, use it only for what we tell you here, and never sell it.

What we collect and why
- When you join the launch list: your email address, the level band you pick for your child (Primary 1–3, Primary 4–6 or Secondary) and the date you signed up. We do not ask for your child's name, age or school.
- To stop spam on the form: a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, kept for about one hour to limit repeat sign-ups, and a security check by Cloudflare Turnstile that runs in the background.
- When you visit: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site. We run no analytics or advertising tracking.

Our legal basis
We rely on your consent (for example, when you join the launch list or play a video) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and answering your enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using Cookie settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your launch-list email until we tell you Math Culture has opened, and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Each launch email has a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores the launch list and runs the Turnstile security check.
- We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where your data goes
Cloudflare runs a global network, so your data may be processed outside Singapore. Cloudflare protects data transferred from the EU and UK under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and meets the PDPA transfer requirements.
Children
This website is for parents, schools and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Your rights
- See the personal data we hold about you, and correct it.
- Withdraw consent, or ask us to delete your data.
- In the EU or UK, also: restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format.
Email admin@artsculture.com.sg and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), or your local data protection authority in the EU or UK.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. See our cookie notice for the small amount of storage the site does use.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
